Eleanor Jacobs

Frances Lewis was the only teacher to shepherd a class from first through eighth grade and Isabelle had the honor and privilege to be led through childhood into adolescence by this healthy, bright young adult who was wholly devoted to Waldorf. I've never been a spokesperson for Waldorf – it's not my nature to talk a lot – but for fourteen years I've worked, slept and dreamed Waldorf education.

I'm grateful for the educational foundation in instrumental music, singing, art, movement and soulful learning my girls have received. They're the best spokespeople for Waldorf now. I'm grateful, too, for my community of friends from the Waldorf School. A great bond still holds us together.
